Exemption Letter for BT, WLAN devices and Automotive Radar

Bluetooth, WLAN a/b/g/n/ac devices with RF output power less than 60mW EIRP and automotive radars (76-81GHz) will not be subject to type approval certification in Vietnam on RF functions. The local importers or manufacturers should apply for the exemption letter from Approval Authority for these kinds of device.

• Required doccumements:

–              Application Letter

–              Product specifications or product datasheet

–              Product photos

–              Test reports from any test labs.

–              A copy of Vietnam business license of the appliciant
